Denim-on-Denim.

Denim is a ‘must-have‘ in every wardrobe and the Denim-on-denim look is considered as a ‘go-to‘ casual attire since ages. I have admired this look on perfect leggy models on the covers of Vogue and Elle in the likes of Gigi Hadid or Cara Delevingne but, never got enough courage to try it on myself. Denim is so classic; it has been in fashion since time immemorial. Trendsetters like, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston and Britney Spears totally rocked the D-o-D look in the 90’s leaving many (including me) gasping for more such trials. I’ve seen most people not confident enough to try on a monochrome look. D-o-D is so much more than just a plain monochrome of blue.

Blue, being the beautiful shade of the sky, I decided to overcome my fear of having a fashion faux pas by sporting this amazing D-o-D look. I borrowed this beautiful shade of denim shirt from a friend and teamed it up with a darker shade denim pants. And what goes best with D-o-D look? yes, you got that right. White sneakers. With just a hint of confidence, I walked out wearing my perfect look for the first time. And damn, did I not feel cool and smart!
